Ms. Budlong received a B.S. in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University. She is a Diamond Level QuickBooks ProAdvisor and the owner of Spinnaker Bookkeeping Services, Inc.
Ms. Budlong is on the board of the CNU Board of Visitors and a member of the CNU Foundations Board. Her son attended Trinity Lutheran School and she is also a TLS grandparent.
Ms. Budlong enjoys sailing, gardening, and spending time at the beach.
