The middle school years are an exciting transition period. Trinity Lutheran School’s upper school program offers a curriculum designed to prepare students for continued academic success in private and public secondary schools. Using critical thinking, analysis, and appropriate problem-solving techniques, students communicate effectively in both oral and written expression, using insight, reason, and technical proficiency; they read, understand, and interpret information from a variety of sources and mediums.
Students are encouraged to work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks. They use technology to find, sort, and select data; to create, revise and present written and graphic documents; and analyze and process numerical data. During their middle school years, students develop positive personal attitudes and experience a variety of physical activities for lifelong wellness. They demonstrate awareness and sensitivity to those of other cultures and ethnic backgrounds.
Our upper school program provides students with opportunities to explore and expand interests and talents via organized sports teams, outdoor programs, and other extracurricular opportunities.
Trinity Lutheran School is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization that admits academically qualified students without regard to gender, race, color, religion, and national or ethnic origin.
