Bill Guglielmo holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and a Masters of
Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. Bill served as a Surface Warfare Officer and
Civil Engineer Corps Officer in the US Navy from 2006 to 2015 when he transitioned from active duty to
the Navy Reserves. Bill Guglielmo is now serving as the Commanding Officer of the Naval Reserve
Center Norfolk’s Voluntary Training Unit (VTU). In 2015, Bill founded ITL Solutions, a Defense contractor
focusing on Maritime and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) systems. Bill currently
serves as CEO of ITL Solutions. Bill and his wife, Juliet, have 4 children, Will (8), Annabelle (6), Bradley (4) and Mary Charlotte (2), with his 3 oldest attending Trinity Lutheran School.
